Sushi handcrafted by the chef is passed over the counter one at a time. Each time another piece of sushi is handed, communication sparks and smiles bloom, gradually warming the table. The best ingredients served at the best moment, to be eaten with the best smile on your face.

The chef, trained at first-class hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants overseas, spent his days making sushi and interacting with guests from around the world in English. The challenging years standing in front of people with various backgrounds have become the foundation of his current career.

In due time, he opens his own restaurant in Kitashinchi, Osaka, whose counters are filled with guests each day. However, it was this vocation that fascinated him the most — to focus on and face just one family, amidst the history and craftsmanship cultivated by Osaka.

Today, your family members convey their feelings, which take shape as brushstrokes. During these same moments, sushi takes shape within the chef’s hands. At a counter arranged just for you, sushi adds another hue to the story of your family. Being honored to and finding joy in his role, the chef stands today at this counter.
